Brazil will be receiving the 2013 Confederations Cup between the 15^th and 30^th of June. Eight teams will be in the tournament: Brazil, Spain, Italy, Uruguay, Japan, Mexico, Tahiti and Nigeria. For the opening, the Brazilian host team will be facing Japan in the Mané Garrincha National Stadium, at 16h. There are still tickets available between R$ 57 and R$ 684.

At the eighth and last edition, in 2009, at South Africa, Brazil became champion by winning their third championship in a tight 3x2 game against the United States.

The International Federal Football Association (FIFA) announced the six host cities which will be part of the event: Belo Horizonte, Fortaleza, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, Recife and Brasilia. The big finals will happen at the Maracanã Stadium, in Rio de Janeiro, on the 30^th of June.
